POWER WASH:

  • Your home will be thoroughly power washed to remove loose dirt and debris.

CARPENTRY AND WOOD REPAIR

HAND PREPARATION:

  • Tarp, mask and protect all non-painted surfaces of the home.

  • Remove downspouts, address numbers, and other items where paint/stain needs to be applied.

  • Hand scrape any loose paint and lightly sand rough edges where necessary.

  • Caulk any gaps where wood meets wood or paintable gaps that need sealed.

  • Prime all bare wood and patched/repaired areas prior to painting.
